In the Spirit of Orlando and in Honor of him, I decided to post a few pics from my World. Orlando has been posting a lot of interesting pics from his life and home on his Xanga site and I really enjoy seeing them. So, I thought I might do the same with a few pics from my own home space.
FASTING Before I begin you should know......I'm juice fasting again. This time it's spiritual as well as for my health. I set an unrealistic goal for myself this time, but the F's on the calendar tell me, it's not so unrealistic after all. I feel good and powerful when I can mark another F on the calendar, in fact I get another F for today,(14 days) as I am certain I will not falter and eat today.....now if I can only make it up to the smiley face.
Perhaps I will exceed the smiley face and greet July with a BIG F!!! Woo Hoo!

GARDENS I belong in the Earth learning patience and Love. We burnt this section of marsh early in the spring and have worked very hard to get the land suitable for planting. Soon there will be so many vegetables I will need to set a stand up by the road to peddle some of our produce and my fresh baked breads. In a few years there will be enough berries for pies and jams too.

Here is the man and machine responsible for working this land up. Seems my Father really enjoys working the land and driving the tractor. Seeing as how he is the one always on the tractor I decided to let him name her. Meet my Father and Jo-Jo the Tractor, they are an extraordinary pair!

I have been working on this rock garden for over 1 year. When I moved here this little rock sanctuary was overgrown with vines, trees, and unwanted plants (I hate to call them weeds) I am proud to say that this rock garden is now under my complete control. Currently I am digging a large hole on the top level for a small pond. I have visions!

GREENHOUSE In order to maintain these gardens I needed to seriously overhaul my greenhouse. In the past, the greenhouse was everyone's domain and used mostly to store our shit, but a few days of hard work and VOILA, I have my very own greenhouse/craft shack. I am completely in charge of this place and the boys may NOT use this area as storage area anymore. My Father built me some shelves, and I found another shelf at a rummage sale. I just need to finish painting and my greenhouse will be PRIMO.....well, it's a bit messy in this pic, but I assure you I cleaned it last night, this picture was from yesterday morning.

Creativity and Rocks. I love rocks and am always picking them up and having my way with them. These rocks came from the Big Guys parent's home. They have 3 huge rock piles and told me that I can have as many rocks as I want. I plan to have the pile I am working on, here, by the end of the year. I am making raised gardens and lining paths with them as well as making towers and such. I'm having visions!

These Huge boulders came from our property. Dad, Jo-Jo, and I spent an entire afternoon moving these boulders up to the firepit. I intend to write my name on these rocks and claim them as my permanent chairs. I still have one more huge boulder to move, but Jo-Jo was not up to the job so.....I reckon I will have to hire the neighbor and his big tractor to move it. Soon.....

Animals One way I have of combating the urge to eat is by staying busy, and spending time in nature, and with my animals. The PUPS keep me constantly entertained. Here I was trying to play frisbee with BUCK but Mombo does not like that idea at all and kicks Buck's ass whenever he retrieves the frisbee. Mombo is a bastard that way. I suspect Mombo is really just jealous, which comes from a place of fear. Fret not Mombo, you will ALWAYS be my #1!

Mosquito is an asshole cat. He is not loveable, nice, or playful. He is handsome though, and he will nap with you nicely, but that is about it. Mombo found Mosquito in a ditch about 7 years ago. I tried to find another home for him but he kept coming back so.....here is a picture of my asshole cat, suitably named Mosquito.

Scrapper is one of the Mutant cats I raised at Franny's old home. You may remember the polydactyl kitten pics I posted over 1 year ago. I had Scrapper neutered and Franny intended to keep him in his new home, however, Scrapper likes to be outside and was raising hell with Franny's neighbors so.....I brought Scrapper home to LoveLand. Scrapper is a delightful, playful and loveable kitty and we are happy to have him here. Scrapper's extra toes and claws make him quite the mouser, and I needed a greenhouse mouser BAD!

Ozzie is my beta. He isn't much trouble at all to take care of, and seems content to swim all day. Ozzie does not take kindly to other fish and made himself some fishy snacks out of the little playmates I had for him. Oh well, Ozzie is strictly a solo act.

One day I hope to have a barnyard animal or two here. I would love a pygmy goat but I am meeting a lot of opposition to that idea. Seeing as how I am the only female in a house of males, my vote counts as 20! I reckon with a little more sweet talking and such the guys will eventually see it my way. If not a goat, then a pig.....and NOT for eating either! Our neighbor raises pigs in metal buildings, I never see the pigs but I can hear and smell them. I feel bad for the pigs and wish I could let them run free. Perhaps one day I will buy a piglet from the neighbors and let him be free. I'm having visions!
I reckon that is enough pictures for the day. Next time I will post pics of the tree fort and whatever else I can think of. Until then......take good care and keep your visions alive!
BE WELL.

Maybe Mombo has tail envy? (Doesn't look like he likes your rock sculpture either.)
That's a sweet pic of your dad.
You should have a pig. It could eat the excess/non-saleable stuff from your garden. See? It could work. I agree with your vote counting as 20. Stand firm!
Wow, you sure have a lot of stuff to do and a TON of NRG to do it with! I like the city but I do miss the land and making a garden and such....
I like betta's too. You can put a small mirror near them and they will puff up and act all butch.
Thanks for sharing, very nice pix!
Thanks for the tour. It really was nice. Good luck on the fast. May you reach your goals.
Wow, you live in a wonderful place; it reminds me of my father's house, back when my parents were together. We have a natural abundance of rocks around that area, so we did several paths and rock-gardens as well; never tried towers though. Thanks for the idea!
CUTE Glad I missed the chance to pick one up.
love the profile pic (you are a goddess) and all the pics. especially the pets. pampered and precious, each one. salute!
