  Your Personal Health Freedom is at Risk!
  
  In an on-going move, the FDA is attempting to forbid all alternative healthcare - all herbs, vitamins, minerals, essential oils, and homeopathic remedies - and all alternative therapies and modalities - from aromatherapy to naturopathy to reflexology  - by declaring these products and modalities as "medicine". This ploy and travesty, if successful, would declare that any non-physician who uses them to be practicing medicine without a license. Even anyone who talks about food's ability to heal - even for informational purposes - without a medical license could be incarcerated - perhaps even a mother who gave her child herbal tea or Vitamin C - if it were even available!
  
  We hope you'll act on, then send this call to action against a very troubling proposed law to every consumer of alternative health, doctor, vitamin store owner, supplement maker, blogger and e-blaster you know. Find the most visible blogs and put a link to this information in that blog. Our country needs to face some realities about the dangers our health freedom is facing right now. This month, and for the next critical year and a half is when our being engaged is critical. The time to start acting is now: in fact, by April 30th.
  
  An extremely harmful piece of legislation, FDA document 2006D-0480 - Draft Guidance for Industry on Complementary and Alternative Medicine Products and Their Regulation by the Food and Drug Administration, is expected to be passed after a very short public comment period that is supposed to end April 30th: the stage is being rapidly set by the FDA to truly take all alternatives (product and services) away.
