Happy Birthday!
Today's my 41st Birthday and I AM celebrating by working all dang day. Oh well, the Big Boss Guy personally thanked me for coming in today and helping out, and then he slapped it high for my Birthday. I brought in treats for everyone today, STICKERS! Yup, Boss Guy took a sticker too so....yippee, BIG brownie points for me today.
I had to bring in a non-edible treat for my birthday because I AM fasting now. Day 3 of a juice fast and I have already lost 5 lbs! I AM feeling wonderful and just know this fast is going to BE glorious and a total purge. I AM sick of having headaches and sinus problems and .....and.....and..... It BEcame abundantly clear to me earlier this week that sugar is my biggest problem. I tried to fast on Monday but gave into the urge to eat and also did heaps of chocolate. Sure enough, about half and hour after eating the candy I had a horrible headache. SUGAR will BE removed from my diet after this fast and I AM certain I will maintain optimum health then. I plan to cure myself of this virus one of these days dontcha' know. Once cured, I will hit the talk show circuits and teach everyone how to cure themselves.
It's MY intention and my intention is GOOD.

Finally, you are doing something about sugar. I know you eat much more candies than I do.
You gotta quit drinking Diet Coke too, that shit kills you! I would prefer to drink regular soda over diet.
