It's juice fast time in the city

hear my stomach sing
Struggling here. I am on day 4 of a juice fast and have still not been filled with the sparklies. I have lost 8 pounds though so......onward I shall go. I am very polluted this time around and really left things go. I know it is not my authentic self though, this thing I have let myself become. I am not at PEACE with her, though I shall embrace her and thank her for watching over me while I was on my little vacation. Shit, it was more than a vacation, it's been a lifestyle.
I am so sore everywhere. I ache like you couldn't imagine. I stink to high hell. My tongue is thick and white. My sinuses are on overtime. And did I mention I am hungry?
It's mind over matter. I know I am not starving but I have to convince my brain of this. Napping helps.
How did I get so ugh?
It will all be better soon and I intend to keep it that way. I have to or else I shall succumb to the blood sucking leeches in me and I refuse to let them win.

Jolly Holly is toughing it out with me this time around and is suffering too but she is doing so well. I'm excited for her. I remember my first fast well and the dramatic results I obtained so......wheeeeeeee

Whenever I've fasted, I've lost all hunger after 3 days. I guess I have a good 'fasting metabolism' or something. Happy hungry-less juicing.

I used the scale this morning when I got up, I was so excited. I wanted to jump on your bed so badly to share the great news. But, I had to refrain myself because I know you need your beauty sleep.
