  • Life is slowing down for me and I am able to find some ME time these days.  Franny is settling into his new home, but he still looks for me daily. I still visit daily, and I always will.

I am enjoying watching Buck grow, he is such a good dog and at 5 months old, he is almost as big as Mombo already.  The dogs are good for each other, and they are wonderful for me.  I bond so well with animals.  Sometimes I think I replace the need for human intimacy by loving the animals.  Perhaps.

Joe and I plan to start building the tree house this week.  I bought him a book for his birthday, a book about building tree forts and the like.  A gift he greatly enjoyed that will also benefit me.   The book has given us a lot more ideas and we are finally going to have cooler weather, so working outside won't be so difficult.  I get so motivated when I work outside with plants and GOD.

I am reading the Celestine Prophecy again.  Peter turned me onto it a couple of years ago and I derived a lot of knowledge and peace from it.  Lately I have felt an energy directing me toward it again.  Then, last week I found a experiental guide for it for only $3.00, I knew it was a sign, or coincidence if you will.

My dreams have been frequent and busy lately.  Scattered energy all over the place.  So many things to do.  Fights with my parents, man sometimes they get on my nerves.  I save most of my parental issues for therapy though.

I started a life changing diet on Sunday.  A diet that involved a one month juice fast, enemas, teas and tinctures, followed by a year of "live" food.

    That was yesterday.

I forgot I had a dentist appointment today.  He drilled both sides of my mouth, leaving me in horrible pain once the numby stuff wore off.  I tried chamomile tea and essential oil of lavender to soothe my pain, to no avail.  I then tried rubbing arnica all over my head.

    Throbbing.

I decided to eat the rest of the quiche I made this weekend so.... I could swallow some ibuprofen for pain.  Ibuprofen is rough on your stomach, and even worse on an empty one.  The ibuprofen helped and I am able to breathe again.....however, now I have to start my fast all over again.  I was really looking forward to a sparkly ride this week too.  Hmmm....and next week I have to go back to the dentist again.  Perhaps I need to wait until next week is over before I fast again.

My dentist is beautiful.  I trust him entirely.  I learned the price of neglecting your dental exams the hard way.  I am a reformed dental slacker, besides, like I said before, my dentist is beautiful and I love the way he feels inside of me.

I think I need some toast and jam.

    BE WELL.

  • My dentist is so splendid!  She gives me recipes as she cleans away!  And whoa can she make cauliflower sing with orgasmic screams!  Hey, good luck with the treehouse and good luck with your diet too!

Glad to see ya back on Xanga!  You be well too!
